Use clear, logical language to inform users of information sources available; and, ensure users are aware of who to contact for research queries.

Challenges:
Packing in A LOT of critical info, while retaining a "can do" positive feel. To give users guidance on how to obtain access to resources whilst adhering to existing templates and formatting standards.

Outcomes:
